Refund & Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase from Furrow & Co.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at amichi1818@gmail.com with a photo of the item, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened pet food, treats, and used grooming tools cannot be returned unless defective.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
